Barbecue Rules & Regulations

  • Chefs bring their own meat

    • Cook at least 10 lbs of your pork, poultry or beef 

    • This counts as your admission. No need to buy a ticket

  • Must provide a way to keep Food warm

  • Give a title to your dish

  • Arrive at or before 3:30pm with prepared meat

    • You will be given a number for your dish for judging.

    • Scouts or Young Women will serve ​

  • Top 3 Chefs earn prizes
